CRM Specialist

  • Hybrid
    • Boston, Massachusetts, United States
  • Marketing

Job description

We’re seeking a CRM Specialist to take full ownership of Entyre Care's primary CRM platform, HubSpot, and support our national expansion across the United States. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role embedded with direct collaboration on the leadership level with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering.

The ideal candidate is passionate about building and maintaining state-specific CRM systems that are both operationally robust and flexible enough to adapt to diverse local requirements. You should be outstanding at managing complexity—every U.S. state has unique requirements and workflows, which means harmonization is not always possible or even desirable. Attention to detail and coherence across configurations is essential to ensure high data quality and usability.

You will be the operative CRM specialist, implementing business needs into scalable, efficient configurations and enabling high-quality data flow for advanced analytics beyond HubSpot.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Serve as the primary HubSpot operator across Entyre Care’s nationwide operations.

·       Work hands-on to set up and maintain state-specific configurations.

·       Ensure HubSpot data is properly structured and maintained for use in advanced dashboarding tools outside of HubSpot.

·       Support user onboarding, training, and ongoing support across multiple teams.

·       Monitor all customer touchpoints and ensure consistency and completeness of customer journey tracking.

·       Proactively identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and tooling outside of HubSpot.

Job requirements

·       3+ years of hands-on experience managing and customizing HubSpot.

·       Deep understanding of HubSpot objects, workflows, automation, reporting, and user management.

·       Demonstrated ability to operate in complex environments with non-standardized processes across regions.

·       Excellent communication and project coordination skills across technical and non-technical teams.

·       Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high operational complexity.

·       Prior experience operating HubSpot in multi-region or decentralized organizations.

·       HubSpot certifications (e.g., Admin, Workflow Automation, Reporting).

·       Experience working with custom HubSpot APIs and 3rd-party tools to support external analytics/dashboarding (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).

·       Familiarity with other CRM or sales enablement platforms is a plus.
