Head of Talent Acquisition
The Head of Talent at Entyre is one of the hardest and most important seats in the company. This is not a “post jobs and wait” role. This is about building the machine that powers the fastest-growing elderly care company in the world.
You are the architect and operator of how Entyre grows, state by state, role by role. Every nurse hired, every GM placed, every leader onboarded directly impacts whether families get help when they need it most.
This role is about results, speed, judgment, leadership, and the relentless drive to find exceptional people when we need them.

What You Need
This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll own the entire talent acquisition function, from strategy to execution, while partnering closely with founders and executives. You’ll design scalable hiring systems, but you’ll also jump in when a critical role needs to close now.
You’ll use data obsessively, experiment with new tools, and constantly raise the bar on quality of hire. You’ll build a team that moves fast without breaking trust or culture.
What You’ll Do
• Own and execute Entyre’s end-to-end talent acquisition strategy, aligned tightly with aggressive growth goals.
• Be a strategic thought partner to founders and executives on workforce planning, talent risk, and hiring priorities.
• Build scalable, creative sourcing engines that deliver high-quality talent across clinical, operational, and leadership roles.
• Recruit and close senior leaders (including GMs and executive-level hires) who can thrive in a high-pressure startup.
• Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing Talent Acquisition team with clear accountability and high standards.
• Use data relentlessly—time-to-fill, quality of hire, funnel conversion, retention—to drive smarter decisions.
• Leverage state-of-the-art recruiting tools and technology—including AI-driven sourcing, screening, and automation—to increase speed, signal, and quality at scale.
• Own and evolve our recruiting tech stack (ATS, sourcing tools, onboarding platforms), adopting new tools where they give us a competitive edge.
• Embed Entyre’s mission, values, and culture into every hiring decision.
• Constantly refine and improve how we hire as the company scales—what worked last quarter may not work next quarter.
Job requirements
What You Bring
• 5+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including owning or leading a full TA function.
• Proven success hiring senior leaders and executives in fast-growing or complex organizations.
• Strong people leadership—experience building, mentoring, and holding a TA team to a high bar.
• Deep expertise in full-cycle recruiting, pipeline development, and scalable hiring operations.
• A data-driven mindset with strong judgment—numbers inform you, but you know when to trust instinct.
• Comfort operating in a dynamic startup environment where priorities shift, structure evolves, and speed matters more than perfection.
• Willingness to adopt and experiment with new TA tools, including AI-driven recruiting technology.
• Willingness to work onsite four (4) days per week in our Boston office.
