Mobile Fingerprinting Specialist

Position Overview 

Entyre Care is seeking a reliable and self-motivated individual to support our team by completing mobile fingerprinting for background check scans for caregivers across Ohio. This role is primarily field-based and involves traveling to various locations to perform fingerprint scans in compliance with state requirements. 

No prior experience is required. We provide full training. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Travel to scheduled locations across Ohio to complete fingerprint (BCI/FBI) scans  

• Verify identity and ensure accurate documentation prior to submission  

• Maintain compliance with all background check and data handling requirements  

• Coordinate scheduling and communicate effectively with internal team and applicants  

• Ensure timely and accurate submission of fingerprint results  

• Maintain equipment and report any issues as needed  

Qualifications 

• Reliable personal vehicle and willingness to travel regularly  

• Valid driver’s license   

• Pass BCI/FBI background check 

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes  

• Comfortable working independently in a field-based role  

• Strong communication and organizational skills  

• Basic technology proficiency (laptop/tablet use)  

Preferred (Not Required) 

• Experience in healthcare, field operations, or administrative roles  

• Experience with scheduling or working in a mobile/field-based role
