Job description

About Us:

Entyre is building the future of elderly care in the United States—and the fastest-growing elderly care company in the world. As we expand state by state, operational excellence, compliance, and trust are critical. To scale sustainably, we need HR operations that are precise, structured, and fast.

Position Overview:

As Senior HR Operations Manager, you own the operational backbone of HR in the US. You ensure HR runs reliably day to day and scales cleanly across multiple states. This role is for an operator who brings structure, enforces standards, and follows through.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain scalable HR operations across the full employee lifecycle (employment agreements, policies, personnel records, HR documentation)

  • Run onboarding and offboarding end-to-end, ensuring consistent, compliant, high-quality experiences across states

  • Coordinate payroll inputs, benefits administration, and HR reporting with Finance

  • Own and improve multi-state HR compliance across federal/state/local requirements (wage & hour, leave, new hire reporting, postings, documentation, background checks, required trainings)

  • Serve as first point of contact for employees and managers on HR operations and administration, and act as a sparring partner for escalations, including performance issues and terminations

  • Enforce performance review cycles (tracking completion, driving deadlines, maintaining documentation, ensuring accuracy and on-time execution)

  • Support immigration-related HR processes, including visa and green card coordination, partnering with external immigration counsel

  • Liaise with external partners (benefits brokers, insurance providers, legal counsel, and other HR vendors)

  • Lead and execute benefits open enrollment, ensuring tight timelines, clean employee communications, and accurate system updates

  • Introduce best-in-class structure and automation into HR workflows, track key metrics, and manage employee review platforms (e.g., Glassdoor, Google)

Job requirements

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in US HR Operations, including multi-state employee population

  • Strong working knowledge of US labor law and multi-state compliance

  • Hands-on proficiency with ADP Workforce Now

  • Experience coordinating visa and green card processes with external partners

  • Experience leading open enrollment end-to-end

  • Proven ability to run and enforce performance review processes in growing organizations

  • Exceptional organizational and execution skills—you create order, manage complexity, and drive accountability

  • Strong IT and systems literacy across HRIS, benefits platforms, document management tools, and spreadsheets

  • Service-oriented mindset with sound judgment and strong attention to detail

  • Comfort operating in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment where priorities shift quickly

How We Operate – Non-Negotiable:

"Insanely Great" for Families — Delivered Now
Forget mere “satisfaction.” We deliver support that makes caregivers feel seen, understood, and valued. Anticipate their needs and solve problems quickly. The standard is "Insanely Great," period. Anything less slows us down and fails our families.

Speed is King — Ruthless Focus is Key
Velocity comes from focus. Eliminate distractions. Concentrate all effort on the #1 critical objective until it’s done, then move on to the next. Decide what not to do and cut it ruthlessly. Being a mile wide and an inch deep is failure — move the needle now.

Raise the Bar — Crush Mediocrity
Mediocrity kills speed, morale, and companies. Hunt it down and eliminate it. Good enough is never good enough. Demand top performance from yourself and everyone around you. Own your work, deliver excellence fast, and accept no excuses.

The Speed Algorithm — Question, Delete, Simplify, Accelerate
Build momentum by questioning every requirement: who asked and why? Delete ruthlessly — parts, processes, bureaucracy. Simplify what remains. Accelerate cycle times relentlessly. “It can’t be done” means “You haven’t figured it out yet — go do it.” Break bottlenecks, find shortcuts, and remove friction.

Act Like Owners — Bold Bets, Fast Action
This is your company. Own the mission and the results. Take initiative, make bold bets that leapfrog progress, and act decisively. If you stumble, learn faster and go again. Bias for action is everything.

The Bottom Line:
We are building something vital at lightning speed. This requires intensity, focus, and a relentless drive to execute. If reading this makes you want to jump in and build faster, welcome to Entyre Care. If not, get out of the way.

If you’re ready to grow with us and make a difference, we’d love to hear from you!
