Build a high-stakes compliance function at Entyre Care. Report to the Board, ensure risk visibility, and scale US Medicaid growth. No bureaucracy, just results and rigorous execution.

Job description

Chief Compliance Officer

Position Overview -

The Chief Compliance Officer is one of the most important roles at Entyre. This is not a maintenance role, and it is not a policy-writing exercise. You will build the compliance function required for Entyre to scale across the U.S. in highly regulated environments — starting with Medicaid-funded caregiver compensation and extending into adjacent programs and healthcare products over time.

Your mandate is simple: give the Board and leadership team an unambiguous view of Entyre’s compliance posture, where the company is exposed, and what needs to change.

This role reports directly to the Board and is designed to operate with independence, objectivity, and credibility. You will assess risk across the company, surface issues early, and make sure the most important compliance questions are analyzed rigorously and escalated clearly. Your job is not to create bureaucracy. Your job is to ensure Entyre can scale with eyes open — with clear standards, real visibility, and disciplined follow-through.

You will turn fragmented federal and state requirements into practical operating guidance, test whether compliance is actually working in the field, and build the systems that make strong execution repeatable. You must be able to move between Board-level judgment and ground-level detail: understanding regulatory nuance, pressure-testing real workflows, and identifying where speed, ambiguity, or local variation create exposure.

This role requires range, toughness, and precision. You need to be able to call things clearly, stay independent under pressure, and raise issues before they become problems. The right person will be a builder with strong judgment — someone who can create order in a fast-moving company without slowing it down.

About Us -

Entyre is building the fastest-growing elderly care company in the world. We exist to make it dramatically easier for families to get care when they need it most. We’re scaling quickly across the U.S., launching new markets and building durable operations. This is a company built for speed, execution, and real-world impact — and we’re looking for leaders who can build the systems that make that scale possible.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities -

  • Build and lead Entyre’s compliance function across all U.S. markets, with an initial focus on Medicaid-funded caregiver compensation.

  • Provide the Board with clear, independent assessments of Entyre’s compliance posture, including material risks, gaps, patterns, and recommended actions.

  • Translate complex federal and state regulatory requirements into clear, actionable guidance that can be implemented consistently in operations, product, and market execution.

  • Design the compliance frameworks, controls, and oversight mechanisms needed to support rapid expansion across multiple states and programs.

  • Evaluate how compliance performs in practice, not just on paper — identifying where actual behavior, workflows, or incentives create risk.

  • Identify failure points early, investigate root causes, and escalate issues with speed, clarity, and sound judgment.

  • Partner closely with market leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance expectations are understood, embedded, and executed.

  • Build monitoring, audit, and reporting systems that provide real visibility into compliance performance across markets.

  • Ensure remediation efforts are concrete, tracked, and followed through to resolution.

  • Work closely with product and engineering to embed compliance requirements directly into tooling, workflows, and system design.

  • Track regulatory changes across jurisdictions and proactively assess their implications for Entyre’s operations, launches, and product roadmap.

  • Support engagement with regulators, auditors, external counsel, and other stakeholders as needed.

  • Help build a company-wide culture where compliance is treated as a core operating discipline — with clear ownership, high standards, and no ambiguity about expectations.

Who You Are -

  • You have deep experience in complex regulatory environments, ideally across Medicaid, caregiver compensation, healthcare services, or adjacent regulated products.

  • You know how to build. You have created or scaled compliance functions in environments where the business was moving quickly and the stakes were high.

  • You are highly structured and analytical. You can take messy, fragmented regulation and turn it into clear frameworks, decisions, and execution standards.

  • You are independent-minded and credible. You are comfortable surfacing uncomfortable truths and making difficult judgments without hedging.

  • You are operationally grounded. You care how compliance actually works in the field, not just how it is represented in documents or meetings.

  • You can move fluently between strategy and detail — from Board-level risk discussions to workflow-level process review.

  • You have strong instincts for escalation, prioritization, and materiality. You know what matters, what is emerging, and what cannot be ignored.

  • You communicate with precision. Your writing and judgment hold up in front of senior leadership, auditors, regulators, and the Board.

  • You influence through clarity, rigor, and consistency rather than title alone.

  • You have high standards, strong backbone, and a low tolerance for ambiguity in areas that create real company risk.

How We Operate - Non-Negotiable:

"Insanely Great" for Families - Delivered Now:

Forget just 'satisfaction'. We deliver support that makes caregivers feel loved and seen. Understand their pain, anticipate their needs, and solve them – fast. The standard is "Insanely Great," period. Anything less slows us down and fails our families.

Speed is King - Ruthless Focus is the Key:

Velocity comes from focus. Kill distractions. We concentrate all firepower on the #1 critical objective until it's done. Then we attack the next one. Decide what not to do and cut it ruthlessly. Being a mile wide and an inch deep is failure. Move the needle now.

Raise the Bar: Crush Mediocrity:

Mediocrity is poison. It kills speed, morale, and companies. We hunt it down and eliminate it. Good enough is never good enough. Demand A-Player performance from yourself and everyone around you. Own your shit. Deliver excellence, fast. No excuses, no passengers.

The Speed Algorithm: Question. Delete. Simplify. Accelerate.

This is how we build momentum: Question every requirement – who asked? why? Delete ruthlessly – parts, processes, bureaucracy. If you don't add 10% back later, you didn't cut enough. Simplify what's left. Then, accelerate cycle time like hell. Challenge everything. "It can't be done" means "You haven't figured it out yet. Go do it." Break bottlenecks, find shortcuts, remove friction.

Act Like Owners - Bold Bets, Fast Action:

This is your company. Own the mission, own the results. Don't wait for permission – take initiative. Make bold bets that can leapfrog progress for our families. Act decisively. Move fast. If you stumble, learn faster and go again. Bias for action is everything.

The Bottom Line:

We are building something vital and doing it at lightning speed. This requires intensity, focus, and a relentless drive to execute. If reading this makes you want to jump up and build faster, welcome to Entyre. If not, get out of the way.
