Who We Are 

At Entyre Care, we serve the elderly and adults with disabilities who want to stay in their homes with family caregivers (or other trusted caregivers). We serve thousands of families across the country, and we're launching a certified personal care agency in Wisconsin and looking for the RN who will build it with us. 

The Opportunity 

This is a founding leadership role. You'll serve as our Administrator and lead RN, responsible for standing up our Wisconsin clinical program from certification through scale. You'll shape the care model, hire your team, and grow into a Director-level role as we scale. 

  

The role can start part-time (~5 hrs/week) during certification, so you don't have to leave your current position until we’re fully certified. Once approved, you convert to full-time. 

What You'll Do 

  • Serve as Administrator of Record and RN Supervisor for our PCA agency 

  • Conduct in-home assessments, develop care plans, and secure physician orders 

  • Train and supervise personal care workers — including 60-day home visits 

  • Build clinical operations: documentation systems, EVV compliance, infection control, quality assurance 

  • As we grow, lead a team of RN Supervisors across our service area 

What You'll Bring 

  • Active Wisconsin RN license (required) 

  • At least 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in personal care, home health, or a related program 

  • Experience with patient assessments, care plans, physician orders, and staff training 

  • Familiarity with Wisconsin Administrative Rules (DHS 105.17, DHS 107.112) is a strong plus 

  • Comfortable working in an early-stage environment where you're building, not maintaining 

 

You don't need to check every box. If you're an experienced RN who has some experience supervising PCWs, CNAs, or home health aides, we’d love to chat. 

Compensation 

  • Part-time (certification phase): $55–60/hr, ~5 hours/week 

  • Full-time (post-certification): $90,000–$100,000/year 

  • Career path to Director of Clinical Operations as Wisconsin program scales
